The head of Argentina's Blue and White CGT union Luis Barrionuevo is under criticism for calling the Minister of the Axel Kicillof "that little Jew boy [who] gives no answer." When informed that the phrase could be offensive Barrionuevo responded, "Everybody calls him this... I didn't discriminate against him. I have Jewish friends."
The national Jewish political umbrella group DAIA and the Simon Wiesenthal Center have demanded that Barrionuevo make a public apology.
