VIDEO: Don’t cry for us: Evita is back in the West End!

Stop your blubbing, Argentina - Evita is back in London's West End, but only for 55 shows.

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's classic musical is returning for a limited seven-week run at the Dominion Theatre.

The show features some of the most iconic and best-loved songs in musical theatre like Another Suitcase In Another Hall, You Must Love Me (which was inserted after being written for Madonna's 1997 big screen version) and, of course, Don't Cry For Me Argentina.

Exciting newcomer Madalena Alberto is stepping into a lead role made famous by Elaine Paige. The Portugese singer-songwriter's previous credits include the role of Piaf at the Curve Theatre and Fantine in the 25th Anniversary production of Les Misérables.
