The All Blacks top the Rugby Championship table after last night's third round.
The defending champions have leapfrogged South Africa thanks to a 28-9 bonus point win over Argentina with wing Julian Savea grabbing a brace of tries while Liam Messam and Aaron Smith scored one a piece.
The Springboks will be frustrated by a yellow card against wing Bryan Habana during his 100th international.
With Habana in the bin for the final eight minutes, the Wallabies scored ten unanswered points, including a converted try to Rob Horne will 90 seconds remaining to steal a 24-23 win in Perth.
All Blacks captain Richie McCaw says his forwards were solid in general play as well as set piece.
He says they were a little bit patchy at times but to score two tries from the set piece was solid.
A rib injury to Sam Whitelock and quad concern for Liam Messam are the two major injury worries to come out of last night's match for the All Blacks.
