Roma forward Nicolas Lopez says he may leave the club in order to secure more playing time elsewhere.
The 19 year-old is currently away from the squad in Argentina competing at the South American U-20 championships, but has admitted he will have a chat with his current employers when he returns to Italy.
“At the moment I am only thinking of getting as far as possible in the championships,” Lopez told reporters.
“But when I get back to Italy I will meet with my agent and the club to figure out where I can go and play.
“Because at the moment, playing some first-team football is the best thing for me.”
The Uruguayan has appeared just twice this season in Serie A, scoring one goal- a last-gasp equaliser against Catania on opening day.
