Piranhas injured more than 60 people in an Argentine river, local media reported Wednesday. A seven-year-old child had to have part of his finger amputated after the fish attack in the Rio Parana near Rosaria, about 300 kilometres north of Buenos Aires, La Capital newspaper reported.
