#One2Eleven – Gutierrez

Whilst head coach of Argentina Diego Maradona stated that his first choice line up would be - Mascherano, Gutierrez, Messi and eight more.

So Jonas Gutierrez was one of the first names on Maradona's team sheet, but who made it on to his?

Read on to find out which players the Newcastle midfielder has selected for his #One2Eleven, made up of the best players he's played with...

GOALKEEPER - Shay Given When I arrived at Newcastle I'd been with him just six months before he went to Man City, but he was really in form and made a lot of unbelievable saves. I was impressed with him in games and I have to go for him.

RIGHT-BACK - Javier Zanetti Is a player who I used to watch when I was young in the World Cup. He's the best right back I've ever played with.

CENTRE-BACKS - Fabricio Coloccini Gabriel Heinze I go for Fabricio Coloccini, because since I came to Newcastle, he's grown up a lot since his first season - it's incredible. His head (decisions) he makes for the defence are really important for the team so I pick him

The other centre back has to be Gabriel Heinze. I played with him in the national team. When strikers go against him they have to take care because he's too strong sometimes and it's difficult to pass him.

LEFT-BACK - Fernando Navarro I played with him at Mallorca and like Heinze he's so difficult to play against. He's so tough, he's so strong and he always makes it difficult.

RIGHT MIDFIELD - Kun Aguero He's a striker, I know, but my team is offensive so I had to go with him on the right wing. I think he's unbelievable. Since he came from Argentina to Atletico Madrid and now at City he's started so well in the Premier League that he's made a big impact since he arrived.

CENTRAL MIDFIELD - Riquelme Ariel Ibagaza I go with two number 10s; today in football you don't see many natural number 10s. First I pick Riquelme. Since I was I was young I've like to watch him and the way he played. He did really well at Boca Juniors and Villarreal. He plays a different way - the pass and the touch that he has to the ball.

I played Ibagaza at Mallorca and he's another number 10. He looked like he could put the ball or give an assist from everywhere, he's really clever like Riquelme. They are two players that for me, when I play with them and you just have to run in to the space because you know that the ball is going to come.

LEFT MIDFIELD - Angel Di Maria Another player that is so quick and so skilful, it's difficult to stop him, he's makes assists and he scores. It's always hard to play a team like Real Madrid because you have a lot of players that are coming over here and he's still playing and doing really well.

FORWARDS - Carlos Tevez Lionel Messi: Tevez is a footballer that every club he has been at the fans love him. He's been at Boca Juniors, Corinthians, West Ham, Manchester United, Man City and now he's at Juventus. When he plays he always tries his best. He's really powerful with the ball, he scores and he works hard for the team.

The other striker is Lionel Messi. What can I say about him. If you see him in training or in the game it's something fantastic. I've never played with another player like him. He makes all you see, he can be everywhere in a short space or long space. His left foot is unbelievable.
