An Argentine judge issued a warrant for Justin Bieber's arrest on Friday after the Canadian singer failed to respond to a summons in his 2013 nightclub assault case. Bieber, 21, is accused of ordering his bodyguards to attack local photographer Diego Pesoa at a Buenos Aires club in 2013.
