Costa Cruise Ship Worker Dies After Falling into Ventilation Shaft

 A Costa cruise ship member has died after falling into a ventilation shaft. Sahid Bin  Fauzi, a 47-year-old man from Indonesia fell into the ventilation shaft of the Costa Serena when he was repairing the fans on the ventilation system.
