Argentina Judge Approves Extradition of Columbia County Murder Suspect

HEMLOCK TOWNSHIP -- A judge in Argentina has ruled that Anthony Franklin should be sent back to the U.S. to face murder charges in Columbia County. Franklin fled to Argentina following the murder of Frank Spencer back in 2012. Prosecutors say Franklin and his daughter, Maria Sanutti-Spencer killed Spencer, who was her ex-husband, at his home near Millville. Sanutti-Spencer was found guilty of first degree murder last month. Franklin is appealing the judge's ruling in Argentina. Read more [...]
