Law360, New York (September 11, 2015, 4:09 PM ET) -- An International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes ad hoc committee has denied Argentina’s bid to disqualify an arbitrator over alleged links to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, the counsel to its adversary Total S.A. in an award dispute involving the French oil giant’s local investments.
