Argentina condemns the terrorist attack in Boston

The Government condemned "criminal" bombing attacks that took place during the Boston Marathon which killed three people and injured about one hundred and fifty other participants.

The Foreign Ministry released the statement with the following words: "that violence action against innocent participants of the event that promotes brotherhood among human beings clearly shows cowardice of its authors".

"We deeply regret about the deaths and the pain produced by this unacceptable crime," says the letter. The Government also expressed its "solidarity" with the people and government of the US.

"Argentina calls on the nations of the world to continue working together to restrict the business of the defense industry that once again has been used to kill innocent people," concludes the statement.
