Law360, New York (September 15, 2015, 10:58 PM ET) -- Argentina said Monday that it plans to file a local criminal complaint against litigation funder Burford Capital LLC and Spain’s bankrupt Grupo Marsans SA over the “selling” of an International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes expropriation row, hitting out at the move as a “fraudulent scheme.”
