All Black Israel Dagg says sleeping pill cocktail a silly idea

The All Black Israel Dagg says the night he mixed sleeping pills with alcohol during the 2011 World Cup was a stupid idea and a once off.
Last week the New Zealand Rugby Union admitted that Cory Jane and Dagg mixed the drugs with alcohol on a night out, three days before the All Blacks' 2011 World Cup quarter-final against Argentina.
Dagg spoke to the media during a Crusaders training today and apologised for his actions and says he's had three years to learn from it.
He says when they took the mix they had no intentions of going out partying and when he woke up the next morning, he didn't know he'd been out.
Dagg says his teammates were extremely disappointed in the pair at the time.
